You may also use the contact details on our Contact Us page. Please send notices only about content actually published on pikashow-apk.pro; we cannot remove content from other websites or from the PikaShow app itself.

What a Valid Notice Should Include

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of works if several are involved.
  • The exact URL on pikashow-apk.pro where the material you claim is infringing can be found, so we can locate it quickly.
  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address, so we can contact you about the notice.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

On receiving a notice that appears to meet the requirements above, we will review the material identified and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it. We may also notify the person responsible for the material, where we have their contact details, and we may restore material if we receive a valid counter-notice. Repeat infringers may have their access to this site restricted, in accordance with our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address, including identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Please note that knowingly making a false claim, whether in a notice or a counter-notice, can have legal consequences, so please check the facts before submitting either.
